PRODUCTION TIMES
Due to the custom nature of our pet portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it. All orders generally take 2-5 days to be created and shipped. This can increase slightly during sales periods. Transit time vary by country.
Shipping Times
Within the US: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.
UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks.
ADD-ON APPROVAL
For customers who purchased the artwork proof add-on, we will send a proof for your approval before printing. We allow a 3-day grace period for your response; if we don’t hear back within that time, we’ll proceed with printing. The sooner you approve, the sooner we can ship! All orders include tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking number by email once it’s available.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100+.
For orders under $100 in the USA, we charge $10 flat rate shipping.
For orders under $100 in Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries, we charge $15 flat rate shipping.
Important to Note:
• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change
• We offer 'skip the line artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
