1. Select your size and style — choose between a digital file or a printed canvas. If you opt for the digital format, please note that no physical product will be shipped. Digital portraits include an 8 × 10 JPG file, delivered via the email you provide.
2. Enter your pet’s name and select a background color (C1–C5).
3. Upload your pet’s photo with your order, or email it to [email protected]
along with your order number. Please refer to our photo guidelines in the listing images to ensure the best-quality result.
4. If you add the proof option, we will send proofs within 1–3 days, and you may request up to 3 revisions.
Please note: once we begin working on the illustration, we are unable to switch to a different photo.
