Can I see my artwork before it gets printed?

If you would like to approve the art before finalizing your order, please select the "Proof" option at checkout. We will send a preview to your email for approval. Please note that requesting a proof may delay your order if a timely response is not received.

What types of pets can you create portraits of?

We can create portraits of all pets, from dogs and cats to birds, rabbits, and even reptiles! Just upload a high-quality photo of your pet, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long does it take to receive my portrait?

After you approve your digital proof, printing and shipping typically take 2-3 weeks. However, turnaround times can vary based on your location and the customization requested.

Can I Change my order after it’s been placed?

Yes! We’re happy to assist with changes to your pet portrait order if you contact us at [email protected] within 30 minutes of placing your order. After 30 minutes, most changes, including address updates, may no longer be possible. *Please note that any changes could potentially result in shipping delays.

What is a Digital Download?

This option offers PRINTABLE instant download artwork. You will NOT receive a PHYSICAL PRINT by mail. Please be aware that the final print quality can vary based on your choice of printer and paper. Additionally, colors may appear slightly different in print compared to what you see on your screen.

What make it a good photo?

For the best results, we recommend uploading a high-quality, well-lit image of your pet. Try to capture their personality by choosing a photo where they’re looking directly at the camera, and avoid blurry or low-resolution images. Review our Image Guidelines for more information.
Returns and Replacements

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of the products we create at Pixem Design, we are unable to offer returns. Each piece of artwork is carefully crafted and personalized based on the photo you provide and your pet, making it unique to you. However, if your product arrives damaged, please upload a photo of the damage using this form (https://forms.gle/5c8QztxhvQznTqSp8) , and we will gladly assist you with a replacement.
Ordering & Shipping

When will I receive tracking information?

You will receive tracking information as soon as your product is shipped out. This generally takes 3-5 days and is item dependent.

Am I able to change my shipping address or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can change your shipping address or cancel your order for up to 3 hours after the order was placed.

Will all my products arrive in the same shipment?

If you order multiple different types of modern products, they may ship separately but at no additional cost to you.

Do you offer discounts?
